ADMISSION & DISCHARGE |
Procedure
Every admission during office hours are made by Consultant's through the Consultants' Clinic.After office hours, weekend and Public Holidays, admission are made through Accident & Emergency Unit
Mode of Payment
There are 2 modes of payment which are:
- Cash / Credit Card
- Guarantee Letter (GL) from companies
A deposit is required for any admission without GL. Patients will be advised on the amount needed corresponding with their choice of accommodation and type of cases or treatment (medical or surgical), they have to undergone. If the initial deposit becomes depleted before the discharge, a further top-up will be requested.
(The Management will not be hold responsible for any loss of valuables and personal items left unattended in the rooms).
Admission For Surgery
Patients are required to sign a consent letter before they can undergo any surgical procedures. The doctors and nurses will advise the patients on any preparation needed before surgery.
Telephone (Available For Single And Double-Bedded Rooms Only)
To make calls, please dial 0 for Operators assistance. Your telephone charges will be reflected in your bills. Public telephone are also available in spot areas in the hospital. Hand phones are not permitted within the hospital premises as they may interfere with the high frequency electronic equipment used.
Patient Tag
Every patient will be given a bracelet which is to be worn at all the time in the ward.
Nurse Call System
Please press the button which is located on your bedside for any assistance.
Food
Patient can choose their meals according to menu provided by the Dietary Department.
